Meal timing is of at least some importance here.  Unless dieters are monitoring every calorie and sticking to the plan, hunger matters.  I don&#039;t see any non-Thanksgiving meals eaten right before bed having a big influence on hunger the next day, so a simple rule might be &quot;don&#039;t eat a lot before bed in order to be hungry less when awake and therefore more easily limit caloric consumption.&quot;</description>

		<description>I do much better when i&#039;m not thinking about what i&#039;m eating all the time.  6 small meals always leaves me unsatisfied.  I find that i eat better when i have 3 decent meals a day and time them right.  thats when i lose fat.</description>
