		<description>I am a chiropractor in Reno, NV and many of my patients are Athletes.  I highly disagree with the weighted squat swiss ball maneuver displayed about as it could easily prove to be disastrous with one little slip.  However unstable surface training is a great way to rehab a patient after an injury.  In my office I use a lot of wobble boards and recommend bosu balls to people for rehabilitation of their spinal injuries.  Neuromuscular fascilitaion is the key to connecting the nervous system back to the muscular system for proper movement patterns.  Good info, thanks.</description>

I&#039;m actually dreading next spring, as I&#039;ll probably have to buy a 12.0m2 sail (and mast/boom) just to move my SS-gigantic adductors out of the pond!</description>
